Before work begins
Cancellation and refund eligibility are agreed in your written proposal before payment. Please request these terms if they have not been provided.
Work already completed
If a project is cancelled after work begins, any refund is assessed against the accepted scope, completed work, agreed milestones and committed third-party costs, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Third-party purchases
Domains, hosting, licences and other third-party purchases may be subject to the supplier’s cancellation policy. We explain these costs before purchase.
How to request a cancellation
Contact us through the contact page with your name, project details and the reason for your request. We will review the request and respond in writing.
Owner review required
The business owner must confirm the cancellation window, refund assessment process, response timeline and refund method before approving this policy. No unconfirmed refund percentage or timeline is promised.
